Matte Nano is a free theme for iPhones and iPod touches. It requires winterboard to download and use, but most jailbroken users will already have that. If not, download it, it is called "winterboard" and is free also.
Once you have that search for "Matte Nano" and download that theme. Then open winterboard and apply it, then wait for your iPod touch restart spring board and shazam. You are done and it is applied!
